For Him
- It takes two to fall pregnant. Please make arrangements to check your sperm to ensure everything is in order. You may need to have regular acupuncture sessions and herbal medicine to maximise the efficiency of your swimmers.
- Healthy diet and lifestyle are very important. Reduce your alcohol consumption to conceive a healthy baby.
- Find a way to relax your mind and keep your stress levels low.
- Keep your genitals cool by choosing loose underwear.
- Give your partner all your loving support.
- Do fun things together, play games, travel to new places, surprise your partner so your life together becomes more of a romantic adventure.
For Both
- Assess your diet and lifestyle. What changes can you make to be healthier?
- Have regular intercourse, 2-3 times a week, and enjoy the time you have with your partner without fixating on the desired outcome. This avoids unneeded pressure . We cannot control all things in life but we can trust the wisdom of our bodies. This trust brings peace and acceptance.
- Remember that expectation is your worst enemy. Most often it brings us disappointment. Slow down. Breathe to allow yourself to connect with your body.
- Remind each other to stay present and supportive when one of you is feeling helpless or blaming themselves or their partner.
