Pregnancy Massage
You can start receiving pregnancy massage as soon as you complete your first trimester. During the first trimester, massage is generally ill-advised due to a higher risk of miscarriage. After this period, however, there are many benefits to having a pregnancy massage such as:
- Muscular discomforts – Massages improve circulation and can therefore stimulate the flow of blood to areas where there is discomfort such as leg cramps, muscle stiffness, tension and knots
